Join the Machynlleth Comedy Festival team for 2014

Do you want to be a part of the family that makes it all happen? Without our wonderful, happy and professional volunteers the event wouldn’t be the friendly and special weekend that it is, and we’re currently recruiting for 2014!

Machynlleth Comedy Festival are always on the look out for exciting and enthusiastic individuals seeking to volunteer at the event and this is your opportunity to become part of an inspiring and vibrant team and gain valuable experience in a professional and supported environment.

We have volunteer opportunities from stewarding to box office, from technicians to promotions. Running an event of this scale is always challenging, but is also incredibly rewarding.

The festival takes place on the weekend of May 2nd-4th and all volunteers are expected to be available for shifts across the weekend, plus be available for an induction meeting on the afternoon and evening of May 1st. We also ask all volunteers to take part in either the festival fit up (May 1st) or take down (May 5th) as part of their role.
