Where is the Box Office at the festival?
The official festival Box Office is located in the Sports Hall in the Leisure Centre (aka The Mach Arena).

Where can I park at the festival?
Maengwyn Street Car Park is the pay and display car park in the centre of town (follow directions to the Rugby Club). If you are bringing a vehicle and want to park in the campsite field then then spaces are available for £15 for the weekend. You can buy a ticket in advance via the campsite section of the website or pay in cash on arrival.
Are there electric vehicle charging points in Mach?
There are charging points for 8 vehicles in Maengwyn Street Car Park. As a small town in a rural location, there is limited capacity to offer electrical vehicle charging in town with such a large influx of people at the same time. If you are traveling to the festival in an electric or hybrid vehicle, it is important to make sure you have sufficient battery charge for your journey and advisable to recharge as fully as possible before getting to town where demand is likely to be much greater. You can use a mapping service such as zap-map.com to find charging points on your journey.

On the festival weekend itself, there is also the Access Information Point by the Box Office (located in the Leisure Centre) with a dedicated team on hand to help.
Are dogs allowed at the festival?
Around the town is fine, but dogs aren’t allowed on the campsite or into shows, sorry. Only guide and assistance dogs are allowed in venues.
Are babies allowed?
Babes in arms are fine, but we usually ask that you sit near the back and are willing to leave the show if the baby becomes disruptive. If you are still unsure, please contact the Box Office.
Can I pay by cash / card?
Our festival bars and stalls have card payment facilities. You can also buy tickets from our Box Office on card, and the majority of local businesses take card payment too.
There aren’t any banks in Mach but there are four ATMs.
I have some lost property! What should I do?
Please contact the Box Office. Any lost property from individual venues is taken back, logged and stored at the Box Office.
What is the date of next year’s festival?
The festival takes place over the Early May Bank Holiday weekend each year.
