Machynlleth favourite*, Mike Bubbins, returns with a show about obsession. More accurately, the difference between obsession, and healthy interest in Elvis Presley. Some Elvis fans can take things too far. Others, like Mike, are satisfied to merely live in a house called Graceland, name their daughter Elli Presley, and spend two years entering every Elvis Presley Tribute Artist competition in the country.

But don’t expect a show just about Elvis. There will be lots of other stuff too. But comedy festivals do love a theme. And it was an excuse for Mike to wear a wig in the photo. That said, there will be a song. Probably two. And there may be a jumpsuit. Just giving you the heads up on that one.

In addition to headlining at comedy clubs across the UK, Mike has also performed at the Edinburgh, Leeds, Reading, V, and Green Man Festivals, supported Rhod Gilbert and Rich Hall on their National Tours, is a regular on BBC Radio Wales, and has recently completed writing a sit-com for an award winning television production company. Oh, and he was a finalist in the 2013 European Elvis Championship. Honestly.

This show is for over 14’s only and under 16’s will need to be accompanied by an adult.
