Edward Aczel
the random flapping of a butterfly’s wings

Using Chaos theory as a guideline and from his very random perch on the sidelines of stand up comedy Aczel makes an exceptionally unlikely attempt to change the world once and for all.
Asking whether you can have your cake and eat it – i.e. seek to change human consciousness forever and keep your weekends free.
Ed includes a couple of amusingly circular stories about his life, which thankfully don’t last long. Brings Maths, History and Impro to life for beginners, and explores his own innner pysche with a section analysing his dreams – and then tries not to get too paranoid.
Ed attempts to metaphorically throw “all” his jelly at the wall to see if any of it sticks in a cobbled together conglomerate of ideas which at most is different and at least attempts to grasp the nettle (if indeed it is metaphorically a nettle).
“One of the strangest, and finest, hours of live comedy I’d ever seen” – Zadie Smith, The New Yorker
“Perhaps Britain’s greatest living anti-comedian” – The Guardian
