Ed tries to navigate his way through what everyone calls – Foreign Policy – can he come up with a new world view which will steer the world toward some kind of happy co-existence – where powers and peoples strive for both harmony and happiness – in a collective nirvana. Frankly unlikely and even if he does will anyone actually care?
