A work-in-progress debut stand-up show from Rose Johnson, a fresh new comedian with a hilarious confessional style. It will 100% involve oversharing, and probably also her three main interests: sex, murder and crying. Her vibe is an intriguing blend of ultra-confidence and crippling anxiety. Come and let her convince you of why you need to be less positive and do more farts.

Rose is currently providing tour support for Suzi Ruffell and Jess Fostekew on their national tours. She also performs as part of sketch group Birthday Girls, who have enjoyed successful runs at Edinburgh Fringe and London’s Soho Theatre, appeared on BBC Radio 4’s Sketchorama, ITV2’s elevenish and BBC3’s Live At The Electric, and whose BBC podcast Birthday Girls House Party was nominated for Best Comedy at the British Podcast Awards.

As seen in Channel 4’s Lee and Dean, BBC1’s Absolutely Fabulous, BBC4’s There She Goes, UKTV’s Flack, Sky Atlantic’s Mr Sloane and BBC2’s Russell Howard’s Gert Lush. ★★★★

“Superb… Confident confessional delivery of strongly relatable material” What’s On London
