Owain Glyndwr Centre – Senedd-Dy
The site of the famous parliament held in 1404 at which Owain Glyndwr was crowned Prince of Wales.
Heading down Heol Maengwyn from the Clock Tower the Owain Glyndwr Centre will be on your left. It’s pretty unmissable. It’s the building from the 15th century, although there are a few of those in Machynlleth, but it has a plaque.
Head through the arch and into the main courtyard. The Senedd-Dy entrance is on your left.
The Owain Glyndwr Centre is also home to The Billiard Room, The Powys Room and our lovely lawn bar to the rear.
